Using the IE POWERlink cable you can switch between octanes as needed such as high octane files for race day and regular pump octane on your commute.
IE tunes are calibrated to perform with IE brand hardware, performance results may differ when installing alternative brand parts.

WHAT DOES AN ECU TUNE DO?
Your factory Audi 2.0T power plant is controlled by a very advanced Engine Control Unit (ECU). This complicated computer is loaded with maps and routines to operate your vehicle efficiently, however, much of the available performance is left on the table and the calibration is not written to take advantage of aftermarket power adders such as cold air intakes, intercoolers, downpipes and turbo upgrades. IE's advanced ECU Tunes are extensively engineering to completely reverse-engineer the factory mapping and re-write new calibrations for ultimate performance without sacrificing factory comfort and reliability. These perfected ECU Tunes undergo thousands of hours dyno testing, street analysis, track days, altitude verification and more. Each test results obsessive revisions resulting in a rounded tune that will take your 2.0T TSI engine from "peppy" to "WOW"!
HOW DO I INSTALL THE TUNE?
IE's own in-house developed POWERlink cable and software gives you the freedom to quickly flash your car’s engine control unit (ECU) or transmission control unit (TCU) with your new IE performance tune. The cable simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBD-2 port, from there simply follow the on-screen directions to quickly upload the tune. Adding horsepower is as easy as clicking FLASH NOW!
The flash tool also grants instant access to upgrade tune stages, switch fuel octanes, flash back to stock, perform engine diagnostics, read/clear codes and gather high-quality operating data via logging.
System requirements:
Laptop or tablet with Wifi connection and USB port running Windows 7 or above operating system required. Powered by 32 or 64 bit processor with 1.0GHz or greater and 4GB of Ram.

Exhaust Crackle

Stage 2 completely taps out all the available power from the small factory turbo. Upgrading the turbocharger to a BorgWarner K04 boosts your car to the next level, delivering up to 391HP & 398TQ! IE's TSI K04 Turbo Tune has been obsessively perfected to unleash the full potential from your turbo upgrade while remaining factory-like comfort and reliability with your choice of 91, 93, or 100 octane. Get ready to spin those tires with an addictive power and torque gain!
Stage 1 Manifold
This free option is included with a Stage 1 Tune purchase and is for owners who have installed an IE Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). IE Stage 1 Intake Manifold software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Even though tuning now matches higher flow characteristics of the intake manifold, performance numbers are still limited by the factory downpipe. Because of this, Stage 1 IM combination is only recommended for users who are planning on Stage 2 IM in the future, are trying to get rid of constantly failing runner flaps or cracking plastic manifolds, and building for improved engine bay looks.
Stage 2/K04 Manifold
Included with all Stage 2 & K04 Tune purchases, This manifold calibration is designed for customers with an installed IE 2.0T Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). Like Stage 1 IM tune, this software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Like Stage 1, this perfect for customers looking to replace the factory plastic manifold or an easy base for water/methanol injection kits.
