The most popular spring in H&R's line-up, Sport Springs will lower your vehicle an average of 1.25-1.5 inches (depending upon the make and model of your vehicle) for a lower center of gravity, improved handling and a more aggressive appearance. Sport springs are an excellent choice for street and occasional track use.

**Note for Mk4 Lowering:
Models w/ OE sport suspension: 1.0" - 1.25"
Models w/ OE standard suspension: 1.5" - 1.75"
337 & 20th AE Models: .5" - .75"

** NOTE for mk3 2.0L owners... There is a mid year change in the size of the top of the front springs. Please check to see which tops are in your car. Open the hood and look at the top of the struts. If the struts have a black plastic cap this should indicate that you have the large spring top, use 93-95 kit. If there is a round metal top with rubber around it and no plastic cap you should have the smaller spring end, use 96-99 kit.
