The KONI Sport kits are great for those that want both dampening
adjustability and the smooth handling offered from KONI Sport springs.
Approx lowering: 1.5” Front and Rear
The 1130 Sport kits combine KONI 1020 springs and Sport shocks, resulting in
modest lowering and improved handling, with good ride quality characteristics.
As with the Sport shocks alone, there is external rebound adjustment on most
applications. Yellow finish on the Sport shocks with blue finish on the Sport
springs.
When vehicle appearance is as important as how the chassis works, this is a
great solution.
REBOUND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES:
Externally Adjustable. These dampers can literally be adjusted at the
turn of a knob, a technique borrowed from Formula 1 Racing - a place where KONI
dampers have dominated the field for years. Drivers can switch back and forth,
in most cases in a matter of seconds, from a comfortable "touring" setting to a
more firmer setting for a sporty drive. By the simple means of a knob, damping
forces can be altered to the driving conditions or personal preferences of the
driver.
REBOUND ADJUSTMENT DIRECTION:
- Clockwise = Softer
- Counter Clockwise = Firmer
Lowering is an approximate 40mm.
