We eliminate this possibility by replacing the mounts completely with our proprietary 70a durometer bushing and bracket design. Maximizing the bushing area to minimize vibration where possible gives our mounts the advantage of having the best ride characteristics possible from urethane bushing mounts. We were the first to develop a fully Billet Replacement arm for the 2.5 TFSI engine mount application. The use of billet aluminum instead of cast and an increase in minimum thickness creates a mount that is dramatically stronger than the cast stock arm. Each engine bracket employs a double interlock design.
