Unitronic's K04 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit for the 2.0TSI AVS is the perfect combination of performance, reliability, and drivability.

Unitronic’s K04 Upgrade Kit utilizes a genuine Borg Warner K04 turbocharger, originally intended for use on various European models with a transversely mounted engine. Setting itself apart from the competition and bringing additional value to Users, Unitronic has retooled the turbocharger’s compressor and exhaust housings to ensure a perfect fitment with Audi’s longitudinally-mounted 2.0 TSI AVS platform, negating the need to include a specific downpipe/test pipe for use.

Unitronic precisely recalibrated the ECU to optimize performance with its K04 Upgrade Kit and supporting hardware upgrades boasting an output of 335 HP / 300 TQ using 93 octane. Using a MAHA LPS3000 Dynamometer, Unitronic achieved 335 HP / 297 TQ (SAE J1349 correction factor) on its in-house B8 Audi A5 equipped with Unitronic’s complete Performance Hardware offering and corresponding Stage 2+ Performance Software for the 2.0 TSI AVS platform.

Installation

Unitronic's K04 kit is very straight forward to install. Consisting of many OEM and precisely engineered Unitronic components using the latest in 3D modeling technology, to ensure perfect fitment and maximum performance. Software is flashed directly through the (OBDII) Diagnostic port of your vehicle (10-15 minutes).

Upgrade Policy: We will provide free lifetime upgrades to Unitronic chip users who have purchased the chip directly from us (UroTuning does charge a $25 flash fee to current customers, a $50 flash fee is charged to customers that had their Unitronic installed by another dealer). Upgrades apply to current versions of the same type of software. There are no upgrade paths for certain chips, such as for larger turbo packages. However, we do have discounts available for all Unitronic chip users when purchasing a complete larger turbo kit from us. Please inquire about discounts or with any questions you may have regarding this policy. Also please note that all Unitronic chips advertised on this site are for US spec vehicles unless stated otherwise.

UniConnect+ is a Programming and Diagnostic Interface which gives users the freedom to reflash their Engine Control Unit (ECU) or Transmission Control Unit (TCU) from the comfort of their own garage. With the ability to upgrade the Unitronic Performance Software, flash back to stock, and also perform diagnostics, UniConnect+ is a complete end-user programming and diagnostic interface that provides control over your vehicle.

UniCONNECT+ is available for purchase through our Authorized Dealer Network and directly from Unitronic. UniCONNECT+ is compatible with most of 2010 and up vehicles.*
