Why would anyone replace just their tips? Thanks to the "flapper mod" many R32 owners are getting the aftermarket exhaust sound they crave at no cost. Unfortunately this mod doesn't upgrade the OEM exhaust tips, leaving many owners unsatisfied... until now. 42 Draft Designs OEMFit Exhaust Tips are the perfect upgrade for anyone running the factory exhaust.

Although the Mk4 R32 exhaust tips seem simple, creating a set of replacements proved to be more than a couple of 90's and some tips. In order to duplicate the accuracy of our fitment we've created precision tooling that locks-in the important lengths and subtle angles. Our fabrication staff starts with a pair of our 4" Exhaust Tips and tight-radius stainless steel bends. Precision cuts and a press formed transition complete the fitment, which is finalized by TIG welding. North American made 304 stainless steel is used throughout.

Once welded, our tips receive a final finish. Pictured above is our Double Wall Polished option. The tips are mirror polished inside and out and the tubing receives a fine brushed finish. We also offer our tips in a brushed stainless steel finish. Matte and gloss black are available for a stealth look.

Our modest manufacturing facility is staffed by a team of 12 machinists, metal fabricators, and TIG welders trained to work in exacting precision. From design to manufacturing we never rush, cut corners, or take shortcuts.
