Cross-drilled rotors are an excellent way to get increased braking performance from your VW. All Cross-drilled rotors are not alike, however. At UroTuning, we use high quality Zimmerman/Brembo rotors. Each rotor is precision machined on a CNC machining center (not a drill press). Lots of holes may ”look” great, but every hole takes away a small amount of braking surface (swept area). Too many holes creates a meaningful loss of swept area and ultimate braking power, not to mention a loss of overall strength. Each hole in a SportTuned Rotor is radiused to prevent pad galling, and the radius depth is the set to the rotor's wear limit.

Each kit includes two rotors and Bosch Quietcast Brake Pads.
