THE VISION
Introducing the Mk4 R32/20th Anniversary GTI wheel reimagined: the 0320.01 Forged Monoblock is designed for the performance and motorsports enthusiast who wants all of the quality and configurability of a made-to-order forged wheel along with styling that looks right at home on VAG platforms old and new.
DESIGN
Despite their association with some of the most popular VAG enthusiast models, 15-spoke wheels traditionally struggle to meet weight and strength targets in a way that is visually appealing. 0320 Design worked tirelessly to craft a design that pays homage to the look that made us fall in love with these cars in the first place while modernizing styling cues and proportions. The team sketched, modeled, analyzed, and refined iteration after iteration until they achieved a result that was the perfect combination of clean styling, reduced wheel weight, increased rigidity, and adaptive to various sizes.
CONFIGURABLE
Each 0320.01 Monoblock is custom made-to-order, machined from the highest quality 6061-T6 forgings to meet each customer’s unique specifications. Specify widths and offsets to suit your unique taste or performance objectives, and dial in fitment front and rear so that your set is as unique as you and your car.
DREAM COLLAB
To ensure ultimate quality and flawless execution, 0320 Design collaborated with Forgeline Motorsports on the engineering and production of this wheel.
Forgeline have been a market leader for decades in the premium forged wheel category, and were the obvious choice when looking for a partner to produce this design.
In addition to their legendary production quality, Forgeline contributed their expertise in the way of performance simulation, leveraging their participation in motorsports to help us ensure that we crafted a wheel that works as well as it looks.
BBK FRIENDLY
With the high offset configurations of modern VAG platforms driving a significant lack of wheel choices when big brakes are involved, the 0320.01 Monoblock was designed to accommodate popular big brake upgrades at the sizes and offsets needed for the best looking vehicle stance.
