Customer Service

About the Position: UroTuning is searching for a Customer Service Representative with excellent VW/Audi/BMW/MINI product and technical knowledge to join our customer support team and continue to enhance our customer service. This position will consist of communicating with UroTuning customers via email, chat, text, and phone, taking care of customer inquiries as well as fostering a friendly, positive, customer-centered environment.

Location: Tampa Florida in office. 

Requirements:

• Must be passionate about customer service AND European cars!
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• 2 years of experience in a customer service retail position
• German automotive and parts knowledge (Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, etc.)
• A comprehensive understanding of automotive parts and their applications with a focus on performance and repair is required
• Ability to work with a team and create professional relationships and a positive fast-paced working environment
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time-management skills are a must
• Comfortable and friendly phone demeanor as well as proficiency in writing and ability to easily navigate email and e-commerce programs
• Future openness to working on the weekends if needed
• Hours for this position are currently full time 9:00AM – 5:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay for this position is $17+ per hour based on experience.

Warehouse Associate

About the Position: UroTuning is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for a Warehouse Associate. We offer a unique and rare opportunity to work in an industry where your passion and devotion to cars can be part of your everyday career.

Our ideal candidate for the position will possess a strong work ethic with a proven ability to listen to instructions, work in a team environment, and move with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires being on your feet for most of the day while performing hands-on physical tasks.

Location: Tampa Florida in office. 

Requirements:

• Check-in products to verify shipments
• Sort and build products to be sold as kits
• Pick products according to order
• Pack and label cartons to ensure delivery to customers without damage
• Lift, stack, and arrange products for stocking shelves
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet all day in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Hours for this position:

Full time, 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday–Thursday and 9:00AM – 5:30PM Friday 

Pay for this position will start at $17+ per hour depending on experience.

Media & Marketing Associate

About the Position: As a Marketing Associate at UroTuning, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop content, brainstorm ideas that drive sales and awareness, and grow our marketing channels through photography, video, and digital storytelling. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay ahead of trends in the aftermarket automotive world - especially within the European performance scene - by identifying new opportunities and turning them into effective campaigns, content, and conversations.

You’ll also be responsible for capturing and editing in-house product media, ranging from individual product photos to full video features - for use across our website, advertising, and social media channels. This role works directly with our Events and Travel team to attend car shows, meets, and racing events, where you’ll assist in event setup, media coverage, and content creation that brings our brand to life.

Location: Tampa Florida in office.

Requirements:

• A college degree in marketing or digital media is preferred, depending on prior experience
• Knowledge of the aftermarket automotive industry with an understanding of the European performance industry
• Camera and video experience required
• Photoshop and Graphic Asset Creation experience required
• Strong work ethic with a drive to create new ideas
• Strong writing skills for social media posting and blog post writing
• Ability to be a team player in a tight-knit work environment
• Strong ability to be agile and fluid under pressure and tight timelines
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and co-workers

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• In-house product photography and media capture – Photograph and film new products in-house for web listings, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads. Maintain visual consistency and high-quality standards across all platforms.
• Content creation – You’ll assist in creating engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website. This includes photography, video, and short-form content such as Reels and TikToks.
• Event media coverage – Travel to and assist at various events to support both event execution and media capture. This includes filming and photographing vehicles, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes content for social media and future campaigns.
• Brainstorming and campaign development – Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and brand storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Social media publishing – Help maintain our posting schedule by curating and publishing daily content while also engaging with our audience via comments, messages, and shares.
• Blog and product write-ups – Use your writing skills to assist with product highlights, brand features, and event recaps to improve SEO and educate customers.
• Trend research – Stay on top of what’s hot in the aftermarket world, especially in the European tuning scene, and help us apply that knowledge to our marketing strategy.

Pay for this position will range from $18-21 per hour based on experience.
