Customer Service Associate
Status: Currently Hiring
- Must be passionate about customer service AND European cars!
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- 2 years of experience in a customer service retail position
- German automotive and parts knowledge (Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, ETC)
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive parts and their applications with a focus on performance and repair is required
- Ability to work with a team and create professional relationships and a positive fast paced working environment
- Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management skills are a must
- Comfortable and friendly phone demeanor as well as proficiency in writing and ability to easily navigate email and e-commerce programs
- Future openness to working on the weekends if needed
- Hours are for this position are currently full time 9:00AM – 5:30PM Monday-Friday
