Individually serialized to ensure quality and authenticity

Integrated Engineering camber plates excel when ensuring that the tire's contact patch is flat on the pavement under hard cornering. This is essential to maximizing grip levels dialing in the required amount of negative camber (leaning the tire in) for your specific tire and suspension combination. Higher grip levels cause further body roll and suspension deflection and this requires more camber. These Integrated Engineering camber plates allow maximum adjustability of camber. They also provide a stable foundation for your front suspension by replacing the compliant rubber OEM mounts with a steel bearing, eliminating unwanted movement under heavy loads.

fully adjustable

Our engineering team looked at this application carefully in order to ensure optimum performance. Care was also taken to achieve these gains without any detrimental effects to daily drivability. A heavy duty US sourced Aurora spherical bearing controls the top of the shock absorber. It is secured in a high strength heat treated alloy steel cup, which has been designed to provide a life time of reliable service.

In order to combat the spring popping and binding issues so common with many camber plates, our design incorporates a heavy duty thrust needle bearing as well. This has been taken to another level by our Full Environmental Seal technology (FES), completely sealing this bearing from the elements, which keeps your suspension operating smoothly and quietly for far longer than any other solution on the market.

reliable performance

"With the addition of Integrated Engineering MK5/MK6/8P/8J camber plates the car was transformed. Much more steady state front end grip was added and the overall balance is much more neutral as opposed to front biased as it was. Car was turning 1:18's at Roebling which is pretty good. It was a wet weekend so I also got the chance to do a bunch of laps in varying traction conditions. Even amongst the other AWD cars it was easily the quickest in the wet." – Angel, Forge Motorsport

"The IE camber plates are a first class piece of equipment, quality CNC machining out of billet aluminum, fit finish is top notch the anodizing is deep and rich in color. The stainless steel threaded strut nut is fantastic, recessed and offset threads to reach in deep and get tons of thread engagement for a tight bite on the strut threads. This little bit of engineering is a step above the competition, very well thought out for those folks that are running stock VW struts yet, well done! Everything is quality the spring hats are precisely made, fitting the OE spring ID’s like perfect.
Here’s the big bonus, after running another manufacturer’s camber plates for two years and hearing the constant clatter and chatter, I forgot how nice it is to have silence from the front end. The IE camber plates are silent, no chatter, no popping and banging, BEAUTIFUL!" - Rod K, NASA Utah instructor

"As seen in the photos, there is significant scrubbing from the stock suspension, this created significant under steer and slower lap times. Look at the difference in the later picture, same number of laps! I was cording front tires on the outside edge after 2 track days. What a savings now! So much more fun and 5 seconds lap faster on a 2 mile course.

In conjunction with the Integrated Engineering camber plates, wider and lower aspect tires and a sport spring kit, the car is greatly improved and has near-neutral handling. The changes are dramatic and very much worth the investment!" - Jeff, 2013 MKII Audi TT RS

"As I've come to expect from everything Integrated Engineering manufactures, the IE camber plates are works of art. The attention to detail, quality, fit and finish and everything else down to the packing and instructions is attended to. The additional camber up front is just what the doctor ordered for the Mk5/6 cars. Turn in is significantly improved, as is grip through the corner. Best of all by running relatively mild toe settings I have seen no increase in tire wear over thousands of miles" -Nate Brown, New German Performance

Will these camber plates fit with my suspension?
We have designed our camber plates to be a direct replacement for the factory strut mounts. If you are using springs that are the same diameter as factory springs and struts that use the same nut as factory, our camber plates should be a direct fit.

How are the IE camber plates adjusted?
Our camber plates have 4 screws on the top side for easy adjustment. Due to space constraints of the MK5/MK6 chassis, the camber plates must be unbolted from the upper shock tower for adjusting. In race applications, the shock tower can be cut open on the top to allow adjustment to be made on the car. Once they are adjusted, they are typically installed permanently and the car is aligned.

How much camber can be achieved with the IE camber plates?
We have designed our camber plates with the largest adjustment range possible. They can be adjusted more than physically possible without modifying the shock tower, which is around 3 degrees. If the shock towers are modified, more camber can be achieved.

I use my car for street driving with the occasional track day, where should I set the camber to?
Since most of our customers’ cars are street driven and used for the occasional track day, we recommend setting the camber around -2.0-2.5 degrees. This is a good area to set them and leave them, as it provides enough camber for track days and will not cause irregular tire wear once car is aligned.
