EVENTURI CARBON INTAKE SYSTEM

New and improved, the MK8 Golf GTI, Golf R and S3 intake is a complete redesign of the stock intake from core support to the turbo. Squeezing the most peformance into the space, Eventuri has made good use of the available space to create an intake which can cater for all power levels from stock to high power builds. This intake system has been developed to offer the highest possible flow rate while still maintaining the lowest intake temperatures possible. The stock 73mm diameter inlet tube is replaced with a larger 94mm silicone intake tube. The filter itself has an outer diameter of 192mm or 7.5″ with a filtration surface area of over 110,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum internal volume possible for the Golf engine bay space available and provides laminar flow to the turbo tube.

With the new Eventuri Carbon Intake System hitting the market April 25th, it was time to get our hands on one for the MK8 Golf R project! The sleek carbon design exemplifies high quality and engineering from Eventuri and provides a very performance look and fit for the MK8 Golf R. The Intake system comes complete with all of the components needed for your application such as the intake, filter (inside), new silicone elbow from the turbo intlet to intake housing, the front air dam duct, hardware and all in once neat package!

For S3 Models, the contents will be similar to the above list but for the GTI Models, your application will include a different silicone elbow to fit the GTI application along with a Secondary Air Injection System (SAI) Filter with associated bracket for intall. This is due to the routing difference of the SAI system in the GTI versus the Golf R and S3 platforms.

INSTALLATION
