TONY DEPINA - SALES MANAGER

Tony is a New England boy at heart, but can't stand the cold so relocated to the warmer climate of Sunny Florida and started working for UroTuning in 2016. When not slanging auto parts or herding cats, he can be found looking to add to the number of cars he's owned in his lifetime. At last count, he was at 60+.

Tony's favorite quote is "Its days like this I don't mind living in Florida", when we have one of those exceptional weather days the rest of the US is envious of.

ARMIN ZERIC - ASST. SALES MANAGER

Armin is the team’s go-to automotive encyclopedia, known for his deep technical knowledge and passion for all things cars. His love for automobiles started before he could even drive, fueled by video games and an obsession with performance. Before diving into the car industry, he spent over a decade in aviation, mastering precision and engineering while building planes.
A true brand hopper, Armin’s goal has always been to drive and build every car possible, experiencing what makes each one unique. Now, he brings that expertise to UroTuning, helping enthusiasts build high-quality cars that meet their goals. His mission? Make sure people love their cars, stay engaged in the community, and keep the automotive passion alive.

GEOFF IGARTUA - SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

Meet Geoff—a history major with a minor in education who's as passionate about stories as he is about the car community. His automotive romance began at the 2002 NY International Auto Show when he fell head over wheels for the 337 on a rotating display. It was a kid in a candy-store moment—one that captured his heart faster than you can say "Dang" in your best Joe Dirt voice.

Geoff thrived to build community all the way since organizing local car meets in the car forum days in the mid 2000's. Before becoming our resident “partstender,” Geoff spent over a decade shaking up cocktails as a high-volume bartender, mixing drinks and memories alike. When he's not tinkering with his beloved VWs, he's grilling out or hanging out with his trusty kitty co-pilots, Nori and Scout.

JOE WALSH - SOCIAL MEDIA SALES SPECIALIST

As a proper born and raised New Yorker, Joe is never short of energy, and hand gestures, when you speak to him. As a German car enthusiast from the day he got his learners permit, he brings this passion, knowledge, and experience every day since joining the UroTuning team at the start of 2024. When not at work helping you with your car, he is at home working on his own headache cars, since he hasn't yet learned his lesson from the previous dozens that have come before it.

KEVIN SEUS - SALES SPECIALIST

A small-town Florida native, Kevin discovered his passion for anything with a Engine and Wheels at a young age, going to car shows and watching Nascar races with family.

In his adult life, with a rich background of automotive knowledge, competing in local go-kart racing, autocross and the occasional weekend of watching sports-car racing, he combines his love for cars and motorsports with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Every day is an opportunity to share that enthusiasm!

JULIAN DIAZ - SALES SPECIALIST

A born and raised Florida man who goes by the name Julian or Big J if approached by the legendary team lead, Tony.

Julian has always had an interest for the European car scene from attending car shows hosted around the Tampa Bay area since he was a little kid. One that always comes to mind, and in one we are bringing back is FixxFest. "That show really paved the way in making this a reality for me and exemplifying the true beauty in the European Automotive industry."

Getting to now interact with these customer and vendors on a daily basis really show that the scene and love for the culture is still strong and keeps him going everyday!


ROB YURAVICH - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Rob is a South Tampa native whose love for fast and loud machines began early, inspired by his dad’s dirt bikes and custom ‘80s F-150 4x4. But it was during high school that he truly caught the Euro bug. When a close friend picked up a used MK3 GTI outfitted with Momo and Neuspeed parts, it sparked countless garage nights and eventually a visit to Fixxtuning—where Rob first met Justin Welty. That trip led to an invite to FixxFest in 2006, and from that moment, he was hooked. The cars, the people, the culture—it all just clicked.

Since then, European cars have become more than just a passion—they’re a way of life. Today, when he’s not wrenching on his VWs or helping customers at UroTuning, Rob spends time with his wife and their 5-year-old son, who’s already showing signs of being a future enthusiast. Car shows have become a family tradition, and Rob wouldn’t have it any other way.

AARON HOOVER - ASST. CS MANAGER

Aaron is a proud Pennsylvania native. His passion for cars began at a young age, sparked by attending local car shows and motorsports events. His dream car is the Porsche 718 Spyder—an ideal machine for carving through mountain roads. Few things bring him as much joy as a great car paired with a fantastic stretch of pavement.

Equally rewarding for Aaron is helping the team deliver exceptional customer experiences. He’s always ready to support both the UroTuning crew and its amazing customers.

AUSTIN MCDONOUGH - PROCESSING SUPERVISOR

Austin plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping things running smoothly. His love for cars started with Hot Wheels—a passion that still lives on today through an ever-growing collection, along with an appreciation for cool parts (especially wheels).

Over the years, Austin has owned several enthusiast favorites, including multiple MK4s, a MK6, a B7 A4, and a few E9X BMWs. After spending plenty of time around UroTuning as a customer, he eventually settled on his favorite build to date: a MK6.5 GLI. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him spending time with his wife, gaming, or hanging out with his pup, Maverick.

While he might not be on the front lines like the CS team, Austin works closely with vendors behind the scenes to help gather the info and products our team needs—ensuring customers get the best answers and service possible.

CONNOR WALLACE - CUSTOMER SUCCESS SUPERVISOR

Connor joined the UroTuning team in 2022, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the automotive world—from OEM to aftermarket parts. Raised on Hot Wheels, Monster Truck shows, and Need for Speed, he’s always been drawn to anything with an engine and wheels.

Never loyal to just one brand or scene, Connor values learning across the board, knowing that every bit of knowledge will come in handy down the road. He brings a team-first mindset and a dose of classic Minnesotan energy to his work, treating every conversation and customer with the attention and respect they deserve.

 

JAHVIS SAWNEY - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jahvis developed an early passion for cars through video games, chasing lap times and competing with friends. That interest deepened each summer while visiting his uncle, a dedicated VW enthusiast and mechanic. Surrounded by vintage Beetles and rare finds, he was introduced to the Type 181—better known as “The Thing”—a moment that sparked his fascination with not just performance, but automotive history, design, and individuality.

In 2022, after purchasing his third car—an Audi B7—Jahvis joined UroTuning. Since then, he’s been fully immersed in the car community, connecting with Euro and JDM enthusiasts from New York to Florida. Whether it’s air-cooled classics or slammed street builds, he’s passionate about the art of personalization and the creative expression that comes from bringing a vision to life.

PHILL PAUL - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Phill is a lifelong automotive enthusiast with a deep passion for anything powered by a motor. His love for cars began early, sparked by time spent in the garage with his dad and uncles and later fueled by collecting Hot Wheels.

He joined UroTuning three years ago and has since honed his skills helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their builds. Always ready to lend a hand, Phill takes pride in offering knowledgeable support and sharing his curiosity and enthusiasm for the automotive world.

BRANDON FISHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Often referred to as Thor around the office, Brandon truly believes in the passion of connecting with one’s vehicle—never owning a car that didn’t have a name. He’s never met a V8 he didn’t like, either. Despite that, he also maintains a deep passion for air and space.  

A Florida native, Brandon spent half his life with ice in his beard and is a storyteller through and through—always happy to spin a tale through the pages of a book or the lyrics of a song if the spirit moves him.  

He plans to ask for forgiveness from the others should his next ride be powered by one of his beloved American V8s.

KELSEY GANGWER - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Kelsey brings over 15 years of hands-on experience with cars across multiple brands. Before joining the UroTuning team, he was a loyal customer for nearly eight years. Now on the other side, he enjoys connecting with like-minded enthusiasts and being part of their automotive journeys.

For Kelsey, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is watching customers' builds take shape and being able to assist along the way. Whether it’s answering questions or tracking down the right part, he’s always happy to help in any way he can.

NOAH GUNTER - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Noah is a Florida native who enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his two cats, and taking road trips with his family. A self-proclaimed VW/Audi fanboy, his dream garage would include an RS2, a B5 S4, and a MK3 GTI.

Customer satisfaction is Noah’s top priority, and he’s always ready to help with any issues that may arise. He understands how challenging it can be to find the right information when working on your own car, and he takes pride in being part of the solution. Whether it’s answering questions or tracking down hard-to-find details, Noah is committed to helping to the best of his ability.

KALISTA CRUMP - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Kalista, a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, has a deep passion for cars, inspired by her grandfather—a mechanic who owned a gas station, service center, and car dealership. Growing up surrounded by cars, she found it ironic that, despite her grandfather's German heritage, he always avoided European cars due to their complexity. However, she developed a fondness for them over time. When she is not working, Kalista enjoys spending time with her dachshund, Mr. Weenie, who serves as her loyal sidekick and co-pilot in life.

 

ALEX SOTO - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Alex has a strong passion for the VW community—especially the MK4, MK5, and MK6 platforms. He currently drives a MK5 Rabbit that’s been his long-term passion project, constantly evolving with each new mod. When he's not wrenching on his car, you’ll likely find him watching Initial D or helping fellow enthusiasts through UroTuning’s support channels.

Having been on the other side of the screen, Alex knows firsthand how valuable genuine support can be. That perspective drives him to go above and beyond for every customer. His dream build? A clean, deleted MK6 TDI wagon with a hood dump. But for now, he’s proudly repping the 07K gang.
