Complete Port Injection Kit for Audi 3.0T Gen 1 - Unlock E85 Power and Eliminate Carbon Buildup

Add port injection to your Audi 3.0T supercharged engine to solve the direct injection carbon buildup problem while unlocking massive power gains on E85. This complete multi-port injection (MPI) system includes precision CNC-machined components designed to fit under the supercharger on B8, B8.5 S4, S5, Q5, SQ5, and C6/C7 A6, A7, A8, Q7 models. Proven to deliver 560+ horsepower on E85 with a stock supercharger.

Watch the Port Injection System in Action:

Why Port Injection for 3.0T Engines?

The Audi 3.0T TFSI uses direct injection only, which causes carbon buildup on intake valves over time. Adding port injection sprays fuel directly onto the valves, keeping them clean while providing additional fueling capacity for high-power applications. This system is essential for:

  • E85 fuel compatibility (direct injection alone can't flow enough)
  • Preventing carbon buildup on intake valves
  • Supporting 550+ horsepower builds
  • Maximizing performance with ported blowers and upgraded pulleys
  • Eliminating the need for regular walnut blasting services

Proven Power Gains:

  • 509 HP / 500 lb-ft - IE E40 tune (baseline)
  • 560 HP / 550 lb-ft - E85 with MPI (stock blower, stock throttle body) - +51 HP gain
  • 573 HP / 549 lb-ft - E85 with MPI + ported blower + 82mm throttle body - +64 HP gain

Drag Strip Results: 7.25 @ 98 MPH in the 1/8 mile (full-weight manual S4)

Test Data

This is the progression of events for our testing.

Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, Stock throttle body, stock blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.

On our initial dyno test we used E40 on the Integrated Engineering E40 tune. This was to create a baseline on the dyno as the IE E40 was the standard back in 2020.

We made 509hp at around 6,200 rpm and over 500 ft-lbs of torque around 3,500 rpm. This was with a DA of ~500ft.

Then, on the same day, we moved to the HP Tuners E85 tune.

Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, Stock throttle body, stock blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.

We made 560hp at around 6,100 rpm and over 550 ft-lbs of torque around 4,400 rpm. This was with a DA of +300ft.

Then we went back another day with a ported blower and 82mm throttle body.

Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, 82mm throttle body, ported blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.

We made 573hp at around 6,100 rpm and 549 ft-lbs of torque around 4,200 rpm. This was with a DA of +1011ft.

Then we went to the drag strip to get some race data. The track was a local 1/8 mile in Mooresville NC.

Car specs are:

2010 S4 6 speed, Full weight, IE Beta E85, MPI, ECS intake, JXB front diff. 3.56 pulley ratio, 5R clutch, Autotech HPFP, Mike Bunton Ported Blower, IABED 82mm Throttle body, Mertop headers
