We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please fill out the form below and attach photos — our team will review and respond as soon as possible.
Important: Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of delivery — anything after 10 days is not eligible for a damage claim. Keep all original packaging and box materials, as the carrier will need them for the claim. For items shipped via Freight, damage must be noted before signing — signing confirms receipt in good condition.
