Take the fight out of ignition service with the Tuhls 3/8" Drive 14mm Magnetic Swivel Spark Plug Socket. Built with a thin wall 12-point design, a 360° swivel head, and a strong internal magnet, this socket reaches down into deep plug tubes, locks onto the plug, and brings it back out with it. An essential tune up tool for any engine using a 14mm spark plug hex, including Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, and MINI applications.

The thin wall body is machined to clear tight plug tubes and coil bores that a standard socket simply cannot enter, and the 12-point drive doubles the number of positions the socket can engage the plug hex, so you can get on the fastener even when there is almost no room to swing a ratchet.

Swivel Head Access

An integrated universal joint lets the socket pivot around intake piping, wiring harnesses, engine covers, and strut towers. Come at the plug from whatever angle the engine bay allows and keep your ratchet in a spot where you can actually turn it, instead of stacking extensions and wobble adapters to get there.

Magnetic Retention

The internal magnet grips the spark plug as you back it out and keeps it seated on the way back in, so plugs lift cleanly out of the well and start into the threads without being dropped. That means no fishing a plug out of the engine valley and no cracked insulators from a fumbled install.
