Fabless Re-Center Drop Plates for VW MK4 | 28-4200

The Fabless MK4 Re-Center Plates (Drop Plates) are intended for use on ultra-low vehicles to correct the position of the hub back to the center of the wheel arch. The Re-Center Plates give the rear of the vehicle 2.25 degrees of added camber, used to accommodate the thickness of the plate to help keep the top of the wheel in the same position.

The re-center plates are laser cut, CNC machined and coated in yellow Zinc for corrosion protection. 

Removal of the rear bearing is required; full installation instructions are provided in every box.

Note: Loctite is only required on the 8 M10 bolts (2 drops each). All steel lock nuts are provided for the studs. The lock nuts are a much stronger and safer option but they can only be torqued down once due to the lock feature.
