NOTES:

• Set up will be Friday March 6th Noon-5pm and/or Saturday March 7th; 8am-9am (show hours are from 9am to 4pm) tear down is at 4pm. You must bring your own tents and chairs as they will not be supplied.
  

• Logo’s will be placed and sized according to sponsor level on advertising.
  
  
• Official and associate sponsors logos will be placed on flyers to be printed and distributed through local clubs and with all sponsors; deadline for flyers is Jan 15th.
  
  
• Event T-Shirts will be handed out the day of the show
  
  
• **Event Tickets are NOT included with the sponsor package. Please add Qty needed when signing up for sponsorship. Note: additional event tickets can be purchased at any time if you need more.
