- Set up will be Friday Nov 19th Noon-5pm and/or Saturday Nov 20th; 8am-9am (show hours are from 9am to 4pm) tear down is at 4pm. You must bring your own tents and chairs as they will not be supplied.
- Logo’s will be placed and sized according to sponsor level on advertising.
Official and associate sponsors logos will be placed on flyers to be printed and distributed through local clubs and with all sponsors; deadline for flyers is Sep. 25th.
Event T-Shirts will be handed out the day of the show
- **Event Tickets are NOT included with the sponsor package. Please add Qty needed when signing up for sponsorship. Note: additional event tickets can be purchased at any time if you need more.
