To safely maximize the stock turbo, you’ll need an intake, intercooler, and downpipe. Reflash to Stage 2 and power climbs to 290 hp. Increased airflow and cooling keep power consistent while acceleration pulls harder across the powerband. Pair with a catback exhaust to fully enjoy exhaust crackles.

Check the fuel door. Factory Flex-Fuel models list E85 on the label inside the fuel filler door. This is the easiest way to confirm compatibility.
Check the intake manifold. Flex-Fuel engines use an aluminum intake manifold with an additional cold-start injector; non-Flex-Fuel models use a plastic manifold.
Check the engine code. North American Flex-Fuel B8.5 A4/A5 models use CPMA or CPMB engines. The engine code may be found on the vehicle data sticker in the spare tire well or service booklet.
