Installing carbon fiber doors in your car is one of the improvements that can give you the best weight savings; specifically, you can save 13 kilograms for EACH door compared with OEM. 

Karbonius takes the manufacture of these items because it directly affects the safety of occupants. They looked for the lowest possible weight without sacrificing safety so they did not skimp on raw materials, using only prepreg carbon fiber and Aramid fiber (Kevlar) prepreg both on the outer panel and on the side protection bars.

The side protection bars are inserted inside the door and structural adhesive and OEM screws are used to fix them.

The door is designed to be installed with all the genuine anchors, as well as locks, window regulators, rubbers, and interior panels (not included).

To achieve the precision needed to ensure all the mechanisms work and fit correctly, the cutting of the interior panel is done by a cutting robot.
