High Performance 100% Synthetic ESTER engine oil inspired from the competition and specially designed for Gasoline or Diesel engines, tuned or high performance, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, indirect or direct injection, and operating over a wide range of engine revs and temperatures, in the most severe road or racing conditions. Suitable for Gasoline and Diesel engines requiring an API SP viscosity grade 5W-50 lubricant. The exclusive formula of MOTUL 8100 POWER 5W-50 is compatible with biofuels (especially the Ethanol E85) and after-treatment systems. It also protects downsized engines from the risk of LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition), and its optimized high viscosity grade brings the maximum reliability to your engine and high protection against fuel dilution. Very good compatibility with catalytic converters. Suitable for all types of Gasoline fuels, leaded or unleaded, Ethanol, LPG, Diesels and biofuels. This type of oil may be unsuitable for use in some engines. Before use always refer to the owner’s manual.

Type of Use:

Very high performance cars powered by gasoline or diesel, naturally aspirated or turbocharged multi-valve injection engines. Tuned engines operating on a wide range of engine speeds and temperatures, in the most severe driving conditions. Engines producing medium dilution into the oil.

Ester Technology:   

Ester based formula to ensure outstanding oil film resistance at very high temperature for maximum horsepower, torque output and wear protection. Oil pressure is stable whatever the conditions of use.

Very high API (American Petroleum Institute) performance level for improved oxidation resistance and deposit protection, better wear protection and low-temperature performance over the life of the oil. Perfect compatibility with the latest generations of engines requiring lubricant with API SM specification.

The viscosity grade 5W-50 allows excellent oil flow into the engine oil circuit, faster oil pressure set-up and engine revs rising.
