The Nuke Performance Duckbill Valve, AN-6, is a low-opening-pressure one-way valve designed to prevent backflow and air ingress in high-performance fuel systems. 

It is especially effective when used with venturi jet pumps and saddle tank crossover systems, where maintaining consistent vacuum generation is critical. It can also be used on in-tank fuel return lines to prevent fuel backflow, reduce fuel slosh noise, and help improve fuel system safety.

Unlike conventional duckbill valves that rely on hose barbs, hose clamps, or zip ties, the Nuke Performance Duckbill Valve, AN-6, features an integrated AN-6 male connection for a secure, leak-free, and service-friendly installation in any AN-6 ORB port.

 The duckbill valve prevents air ingress into venturi systems in fuel cells that require a cross-over venturi.
For optimal venturi performance, the outlet should always be submerged in fuel, typically by routing a hose to the bottom of the fuel tank. When installation constraints prevent this, and the outlet is positioned above the fuel level, the Duckbill Valve, AN-6, prevents air from entering the venturi system and disrupting vacuum generation. Maintaining a sealed outlet helps ensure reliable fuel transfer and consistent performance, even in demanding motorsport applications.

 Safe for all types of fuels, including alcoholic fuels such as E85.
Manufactured from fuel-resistant materials compatible with gasoline, E85, methanol, and other alcohol-based fuels, the Duckbill Valve is built to withstand the harsh conditions found in motorsport and performance applications. Its low opening pressure allows fuel to flow freely while preventing reverse flow and unwanted aeration.
