Venturi Jet Pump Unit, AN-6 ORB. Upgrade saddle tank crossover solution for motorsports fuel systems in stock fuel tanks.

The first fully configurable AN-6 ORB venturi jet pump for motorsports systems. The Nuke Performance Venturi Jet Pump Unit (VJPU) is a high-flow saddle tank crossover solution designed to maximize usable fuel capacity and maintain a reliable fuel supply in high-performance fuel systems.

  •  High-flow venturi jet pump for saddle tank fuel transfer
  •  Maximizes usable fuel capacity in saddle-style fuel tanks
  •  Three interchangeable venturi orifices are included
  •  Approved for use with alcoholic fuels, such as E85
  •  All ports feature AN-6 ORB threads

Utilizing the venturi effect created by fuel flow, the VJPU continuously transfers fuel from one side of a saddle-style fuel tank to the other, ensuring that fuel trapped on the opposite side remains available for the fuel pump.

Upgraded saddle tank crossover with the Venturi Jet Pump Unit, AN-6 with interchangeable venturi orifices.

Many vehicles are equipped with saddle-style fuel tanks, in which fuel can become trapped on the opposite side of the tank, reducing usable fuel capacity. In upgraded fuel systems, the OEM venturi jet pump often becomes a restriction. The Nuke Performance Venturi Jet Pump Unit, AN-6, is designed for modern high-flow fuel systems and features three interchangeable venturi orifices to optimize performance across a wide range of applications.

1. Feed Line Only - Universal application
Designed for applications where the Venturi Jet Pump is driven directly from the feed line. ≈40-45 LPH at 3.0 BAR (44 PSI) differential pressure, or ≈52-58 LPH at 5.0 BAR (73 PSI), is diverted to power the venturi and transfer fuel between tank compartments. This flow loss must be accounted for when sizing the fuel system. Recommended when a return-line-driven installation is not possible or when available return flow is insufficient to drive the venturi efficiently.

2. Return line Standard Flow - 200-800 LPH fuel systems
Optimized for fuel systems with moderate return flow rates. This configuration delivers strong vacuum generation and efficient fuel transfer in most street and performance applications. Normally, this is the option when running one fuel pump.

3. Return line High Flow - 700+ LPH fuel systems
Designed for high-output fuel systems with increased return flow volumes. Ideal for applications utilizing larger fuel pumps, higher fuel flow, and elevated return flow rates. Normally, this is the option when running multiple fuel pumps.

After installation, verify both fuel pressure and fuel transfer performance.

1. If fuel pressure is higher than expected at idle, install a larger orifice to reduce restriction and increase return flow.

2. If fuel remains trapped on the passive side of the saddle tank, install a smaller orifice to increase vacuum and improve fuel transfer.

The optimal orifice size depends on the fuel system layout, fuel pump flow rate, regulator configuration, and available return flow. For optimal performance, always use the largest orifice that provides sufficient fuel transfer for your application.

AN-6 ORB Ports for maximum flexibility and a wide range of installation possibilities.

Unlike conventional venturi jet pumps with permanently attached hose connections, every port on the Nuke Performance Venturi Jet Pump Unit features AN-6 ORB threads. This provides complete flexibility when selecting fittings and adapters, including AN, hose barb, SAE quick-connect, push-lock, and many other connection styles.

A wide range of fittings on all ports enables great flexibility
First venturi jet pump with all AN-6 ports

The threaded design simplifies installation, improves serviceability, and makes future fuel system modifications and upgrades easier. The VJPU is delivered without fittings. Required fittings and adapters must be purchased separately to suit the specific installation.

Return line routing and compatibility with the optional Duckbill Valve, AN-6.

For optimal venturi performance, the VJPU outlet should be routed to a low position in the fuel tank with the discharge submerged in fuel. When this is not possible due to tank design or installation constraints, the outlet port is fully compatible with the optional Nuke Performance Duckbill Valve, AN-6 (available here). When installed above the fuel level, the Duckbill Valve prevents air from entering the venturi system, helping maintain consistent vacuum generation and reliable fuel transfer performance. Unlike conventional duckbill valves that rely on hose clamps or zip ties, the Nuke Performance Duckbill Valve threads directly into the AN-6 ORB outlet for a secure, leak-free, and service-friendly installation.
