Kit includes everything needed for 1986-1992 Hydraulic lifter 16V cylinder head. High Flow Valve +2mm 34mm (5.5mm stem) Intake, 28.5mm (7mm stem) Exhaust valves with 7mm stems necked down to 6.4mm. This complete kit includes 34mm intake valves , 34mm Intake seats 28.5mm exhaust valves, 5.5mm tapered intake guides, 7mm tapered exhaust guides, 5.5/7mm stem seals, Titanium retainers and Our HD Valve Spring Set. (28.5mm exhaust valve will work with the std exhaust seats). 109934T
