Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and headquartered in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance disc brake systems. Best known for its motorsport brakes, Wilwood also engineers braking solutions for agricultural and industrial equipment, utility vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, and military vehicles, including heavy-duty brakes for the U.S. military’s Humvee.

Wilwood’s catalog includes more than 300 brake calipers, 200 rotor designs, and 100 master cylinder options, plus a full range of brackets, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Products range from compact calipers for go-karts and light-duty vehicles to rugged OE-grade systems for demanding military use. That large stock of components lets Wilwood build custom brake systems for nearly any application.

Every Wilwood component is developed with computer-aided design (CAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and dynamic and cycle testing to make sure it performs reliably. Wilwood is ISO 9000-compliant and holds its parts to OEM quality standards, with defect rates at or below 100 parts per million. On the street, the track, or the job site, Wilwood brakes deliver consistent performance, precision, and durability.
