As each temperature threshold is reached, the corresponding indicator permanently changes from silver to black, creating a clear record of the highest temperature observed during your session.

Installation Notes:

Before applying the Temperature Indicating Caliper Stickers, the calipers need to be clean. If the stickers are applied to a dirty caliper, they will more than likely not stay on, and the sticker will then be unusable. An aerosol brake cleaner on a rag is the easiest way to achieve this, but for especially dirty calipers, the use of a plastic wire brush will help, but first check that the plastic is solvent safe before using it on the caliper.
