Chase Bays Thermostatic Remote Oil Filter Adapter | CB-ILTSTAT-3416-10

The Chase Bays Thermostatic Remote Oil Filter Adapter was designed to adapt a 180º F / 82º C thermostat and oil filter relocation in a high-flow pressure lossless, reliable, lightweight, compact, and aesthetically pleasing design. It's key features are:

• Innovative self-contained 180ºF thermostatic oil valve
• 3/4-16 oil filter threads
• 10AN ORB ports with 10AN adapters
• X Profile Buna O-Ring seal
• High flow internals for zero pressure loss

The built-in thermostatic oil valve allows vehicle to warm up to operating temperature before sending oil through to an oil cooler. Without this the vehicle can take 20+ minutes to warm up and that's of course, bad for the engine!

This uses a 3/4-16 thread oil filter which can be cross referenced to hundreds of applications, such as 93-98 Toyota Supra. We use an HKS 52009-AK007 Oil Filter on all of our builds which oversizes to 80mm height.
