Coil Pack Wiring Harness Conduit

Spice up your engine bay with this European sourced Red Wiring Harness Cover. VW part 8E0971824S. Direct replacement for Gen1 or Gen2 2.0T engines. (Can also be used on Mk4 1.8T engines with some minor mods).

Conduit Special Notes

• Does not fit AMB & new Gen3 2.0T engines!
• May Require Modification To Fit (See below engine codes and instructions!)
  
• Engine: AWD, AWW, AWP, BGN, BKH, BNS, BPG, BPY, BUJ, BWT, CAEB, CBFA, CCTA, CBRA

Special Modification

1.8T Engines

The following modifications are required for proper fitment:

• Cut a notch to allow the ground wire to pass between cylinders #1 and #2.
• The mounting tabs are not used; you may choose to remove them for a cleaner appearance (using a Dremel, cutoff wheel, or file).
• Trim the rear leg to provide clearance for the valve cover (Dremel or cutoff wheel recommended).

2.0T FSI Engines

The following modifications are required for proper fitment:

• Drill a small hole to allow the diverter valve harness to pass through.
• The driver-side clip is not used; you may choose to remove it or leave it in place.

2.0T TSI Engines

The following modifications are required for proper fitment:

• Drill a small hole to allow the exhaust cam phaser harness to pass through.
• Remove the mounting tabs (using a Dremel, cutoff wheel, or file).
• The driver-side clip is not used; you may choose to remove it or leave it in place.
