Looking to maximize airflow and turbo efficiency on your MK8 GTI? Unitronic’s Cold Air Intake System with Air Duct and High Flow Turbo Inlet Kit work together as a complete intake assembly for the 2.0TSI EVO4 engine.

The Intake System is designed to increase air velocity and throttle response while helping reduce intake air temperatures and minimizing turbo lag. It also enhances induction sound, amplifying both turbocharger and diverter valve acoustics for a more engaging driving experience. Unitronic's Carbon Fiber Air Duct also helps to increase air flow and turbo effeciency by taking advantage of both air inlets available in the OEM grill.

Paired with Unitronic's High Flow Turbo Inlet, which is comprised of a billet-machined, direct bolt-on inlet and oversized silicone hose, this system delivers substantial airflow improvements while being compatible with the stock turbo or Garrett 2260S turbo.

  The curing process is completed in an autoclave to eliminate resin voids thus ensuring a strong component. A UV and heat resistant clear coat is then added on top of the carbon fiber to protect it against discoloration and give it a nice, smooth surface finish.

Installation 

The Unitronic Carbon Fiber Intake System and Turbo Inlet for the MK8 GTI equipped with the 2.0TSI EVO4 engine is designed to be simple to install with all necessary hardware included. Installation time will take approximately one hour including the removal of the factory intake and installation of your new system.
