JHM - Camshaft Adjuster Reseal Kit (each), Intake or Exhaust, Bank 1 or 2 for B6 - A4 3.0L, C5 - A6 3.0L V6

This reseal kit is PER adjuster so you would need 4 kits for the complete engine to do the 2 intake and 2 exhaust adjusters.

Why did JHM make this kit? We started seeing alot of the VERY expensive adjusters leak in our shop and sometimes after Timing belt jobs just from removing them to do that job. Since 2015 now we reseal the adjusters as part of ALL our Timing belt jobs to save the customer future repairs and labor if they leak later. We figure they are already off and we can save the customer big bills later. On top of this you can easily spend over $2,000 for a full set of 4 new ones to fix or avoid such leaks.

INCLUDES:
2 xLlarge o-rings for internal metal adjuster NOTE: We do not recommend pulling the main outer ring for the adjuster off of the belt sprocket back plate, that way it won't need realigning. We have done dozens of these in our shop since 2015 and we so far have found no issue NOT replacing that one since there is an outer o-ring to keep any external leaks if it happened to leak at all. Regardless we do include ALL the o-rings just in case you want to replace all but you will need to make sure you realign everything to work properly and test like we do on our S4 kits.
1 x X-large o-ring for sprocket cover to back plate. This is the one that leaks externally in our experience.
5 x Small o-rings for the bolts bolts.
