Racingline Magnetic Gearshift Paddles for VW Mk8 Golf & MQB Evo Models

Why change to Magnetic DSG Paddles?

The ultimate Magnetic DSG Paddles for Golf Mk8 and Volkswagen MQB Evo models. Precision-engineered from billet aluminum with internal magnets.

• These paddles deliver crisp, immediate, and confidence-inspiring shifts with an audible 'clack' — allowing you to clearly hear your shifts activate when wearing a helmet on track.
• Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the UK, the RacingLine paddles use advanced magnetic shift technology to transform the feel of every shift.
• The factory paddles can feel soft and vague; our magnetic mechanism provides a decisive, satisfying audible click with every pull, giving instant engagement and a far more connected driving experience.
• Each paddle begins life as a solid block of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC-machined for total rigidity. The result is a paddle that won’t flex, bend, or wobble. just precise, positive actuation every time.
• Their extended shape also ensures effortless gear selection at any steering angle, especially valuable on track or spirited road drives.
• The result? A beautifully engineered, tactile & audible upgrade that makes every drive more intuitive, more precise, and undeniably more satisfying.

Everything you need.

Installation is straightforward, and requires no drilling or cutting - and so is completely reversible.

As the airbag needs to be removed and refitted to install the new magnetic mechanism, we recommend that fitting is carried out by a qualified technician.
